Episode 1: Branding.

In this episode I cover branding and why it’s important for an attorney to understand branding.  I discuss who brands get started and how they are used in the market place.  Why it is important to have a strong brand.  Also discussed in this episode is the explanation of what is “new media”.  I discuss how your name gets put out on the Internet by using the new strategy known as the “Trinity”.  Also discussed in this episode is blogging and how to use them.
Episode 2: Becoming a subject matter expert.

In this episode I discuss all the aspects of why it’s important to become an SME!  Ebooks and other tools are discussed and how it plays into you becoming an SME.  Where can you get your books and other written items printed are discussed.  You can now make a “one of” type of items that help you become an SME.  Topics like white papers are discussed and how they fit into your marketing mix.  How to get a following or fan club are discussed.  Also, merchandise, talk shows, blogs, webinar, press releases, Talkshoe, writing a book, guest speakers, and many other items are discussed which are extremely valuable to your marketing efforts.
Episode 3: Monetizing your podcasts.

In this podcast we discuss how to make money from your podcasts.  ROI is discussed.  Other topics discussed in this podcast are: viral marketing, ads, services, product placement, sponsorships, premium content, merchandising, back door pass, affiliate programs, contests, paid guests, remote location podcasts, and much more.
Episode 4: Podcast programs.

What is the nature of a podcast?  What might your show look like?  Topics include: solo shows, comedy shows, guest shows (hostile or complementary to you), remote podcasting, podcasting in groups, and series podcasts.  The key thing is that your podcasts must be entertaining and have great content.
Episode 5: ROI

What is it and how does it fit in with podcasting.  ROI is an individual destination, not just money, although money is great and can be the goal.  However, there are other things, which are very important, and those are known as ROI.  Your goal might be to become an SME, subject matter expert, and thus your end result would be to use your podcasts to become that SME. One of your goals might be to viral market your name out onto the Internet.  You might want to “direct market” yourself on the Internet.  You might want to become a well-known author on the Internet, and podcasting would then be targeting that ROI.

Episode 6: Viral Marketing

What is viral marketing?  This podcast explains what it is and how to use it, in its simplest form. I discuss how Google got so large over night and show you how you might use this to help your firm. I discuss viral tools like forums, blogs, ezines, speaking tours, trade-shows, university talks, online social networks, talk shows, and podcasting.
The viral marketing equation!

Episode 7: I don't want to market!

I understand you went to school to be a lawyer, but you can’t serve the public or your clients if you don’t have any!  Market with 2.0 tools and use those tools, which are the new tools of “marketing”, to move you or your firm out onto the web.  I discuss podcasting and what it can do for you. Ebooks and source books are discussed as “premium” content of podcasting. Finally a book is discussed which is “Get Slightly Famous”.

Episode 8: What is it going to cost me to start podcasting?

I discuss the reverse question: “what’s it going to cost you if you don’t start podcasting”.  People do business with people they have a relationship with; they do business with people who add value in their lives.  Podcast does just that: builds a relationship and adds value.  Is you marketing so strong that if you go on the web and put in your key words, and your website comes right up? I think not.

Episode 9: Now that I have a show...

I discuss what happens once you have a show up on the web.  The shows will ultimately start to viral market for you, on the web.  You will get the print media to interview you, and you become news worthy because you are a podcaster.  The media will start to ask you for interviews and quotes.  The next thing that happens is you will be asked to speak at functions.  All these events will continue to lead you up out of the noise! Finally, use your show to “target” market your services.
